Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking a Food Runner to join our team. Our Food Runners are dedicated professionals who move from grill to guests, delivering an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

We offer competitive starting pay of $18+ per hour, paid training, opportunities for growth, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401K based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
• Provide timely food delivery to tables.
• Support kitchen operations and maintain food quality.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
• Delivering all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing support for kitchen operations and being the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
• Having outstanding menu knowledge

Food Runners earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
• Delivering all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing support for kitchen operations and being the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
