Job summary

Pura Vida Miami Llc is seeking a hospitality associate to welcome guests and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. You will help guests choose from a thorough menu, ensure orders are correct, and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment.

You will restock stations, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. Growth opportunities and benefits are available in a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality/food service.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fun and outgoing attitude.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.
