Pura Vida Miami is hiring a friendly, service-oriented team member to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. You will welcome guests, assist with menu selections, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation.

This role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and teamwork. You’ll restock stations, maintain cleanliness, and support colleagues while complying with health and safety standards.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.


• Provide the highest level of customer service by promptly addressing any questions or requests courteously.


• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.


• Deliver guests’ food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.


• Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.


• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.


• Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.


• Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.


• Support with any additional duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
