V&E Hospitality Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Food Runners. The role focuses on delivering meals from the kitchen to dining tables and supporting servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidates should have attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly with accuracy.
• Verify delivered dishes match orders and accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
• Interact with guests courteously, delivering dishes with a smile and assisting with requests.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables to keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Position Overview:

V&E Hospitality Group is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Runners. Food Runners play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, contributing to the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Food Delivery:Transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table promptly, ensuring accuracy in food placement and presentation.
• Order Verification:Confirm that the delivered dishes match the corresponding table's order and accurately fulfill any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Guest Interaction:Interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, delivering dishes with a smile and assisting with any additional requests they may have.
• Team Coordination:Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of food service.
• Clear Tables:Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Table Maintenance:Assist in resetting tables and ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests.
