Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a dedicated food service teammate to support servers and ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting.

You will help maintain a clean dining area, assist with guest inquiries, and uphold safety and service standards while working full-time, including weekends and holidays. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet standards before serving.
• Assist servers by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations for a clean dining environment.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas as needed.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
