The Food Runner Position Is About

• Guaranteeing that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely, and enjoyable.
• Providing a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Removing dirty dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensuring tables are clear, clean, and quickly reset between seats.
• Serving appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand, and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests.
• Assisting the chef team with ongoing maintenance of the kitchen, including replenishing cutlery and crockery, and cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
