• Ensure cleanliness of front and back of the house including dining area.
• Prepare to-go and dining items including salsa and drinks.
• Ensure all items are stocked for the AM/PM shift.
• Cover additional duties as needed.

Job description

Responsibilitiesare but not limited to:

• Ensuring the Front and back of the house is clean including walking through dining area to pick up trash, cleaning tables and emptying trash bins.
• Preparing to-go and dining in items such as Salsa, Drinks,frying chips for sides and more.
• Ensuring all items are stocked for for AM/PM shift. This will ensure smooth transition between shifts and create a great team balance.
• may require additional duties and covering areas that may need assistance.
