Job summary

Coastal Flats Gaithersburg in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a friendly Food Runner to join our service team. You will help deliver all food orders to guests promptly and with a smile, supporting kitchen operations as needed.

Starting pay is $18+ per hour, with paid training and eligibility for benefits such as health insurance, PTO and a 401(k). This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in a popular Maryland restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Provide support for kitchen operations and be the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet guest expectations
• Maintain outstanding menu knowledge

Our Food Runners are dedicated professionals who work as a team to bring our amazing food from the grill to the guests and provide them with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!

Food Runners earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience to our guests
• Delivering all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing support for kitchen operations and being the final set of eyes on food as it leaves the kitchen
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest’s expectations
• Having outstanding menu knowledge
