Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Food Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take drink orders, deliver food promptly, and help with refills, pre-bussing, and table turns while maintaining top safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates possess a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills, with availability to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Job Description: At Main Event, our Food Runners support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Food Runner, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
