Job summary

Main Event is hiring a Drink Runner to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You will greet guests, take drink orders, refill beverages, and help with table turns while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

In a fast-paced team, you’ll deliver orders promptly, anticipate needs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Day, night, and weekend availability is required, with a culture that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and weekends.

Job Description: Job Description: At Main Event, our Drink Runners support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Drink Runner, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Salary Range: 7.25 - 13.5
