Responsibilities

• Taking correct food to the correct table.
• Assisting the server with requests.
• Keeping a clean and organized area.
• Clearing and resetting tables when guests leave.
• Clears dishes located in front of guests upon completion of a course.
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including but not limited to changing tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
• Assists the server when needed.
• Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
• Clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Raintree Country Club is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Food Runner. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our food and beverage team here at Raintree Country Club. As a food runner, you would be responsible for taking plates on a tray from our kitchen to our three‑level dining room. At times, you will also expedite food from the window. There are two food‑runner shifts: the morning shift is 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the evening shift is 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking correct food to the correct table
• Assisting the server with requests
• Keeping a clean and organized area
• Fills and re‑fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used
• Clears dishes located in front of guests upon completion of a course
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including but not limited to: changing tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins
• Assists the server when needed
• Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
• Clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room

• Performs other duties as required
