Spoonfuls Inc. is seeking a Temporary Coordinator for its Food Recovery Program in Newton Center, MA. This role drives a defined route, audits vendor/partner performance, and ensures food is collected and delivered the same day.

The coordinator represents the mission and ensures safety and accuracy in operations. Responsibilities include data entry in the inventory system, partner relationship management, and daily vehicle maintenance.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and driving experience; 1+ year of commercial truck driving preferred.
• Ability to obtain safe food handling license (ServSafe) and DOT physical card.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn data input technology.
• Able to communicate clearly in English and interact with vendors and beneficiaries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined route of vendor and beneficiary partners, conduct site visits and quality audits.
• Enter, maintain and improve inventory and data related to Spoonfuls’ operations.
• Deliver perishable and nonperishable foods to beneficiaries on the same day as acquired.
