Job summary

Spoonfuls Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Food Recovery Coordinator to manage a defined vendor and beneficiary route. The role involves leading daily pickups, ensuring food safety, and maintaining data in our inventory system.

You will build partner relationships, conduct site visits, and coordinate with the Program Administrative team to keep routes efficient and compliant with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and driving experience.
• Ability to obtain a DOT physical card and ServSafe food handling license.
• Previous customer service or grocery retail experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined vendor/ beneficiary route and build partner relationships.
• Conduct site visits, quality audits, and data entry in inventory system.
• Deliver perishable and nonperishable foods same-day to beneficiaries.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by staff and partners.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and participate in route reviews.
