Job summary

Winland Foods seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead food safety and quality assurance activities at our St. Louis facility.

You will partner with Operations and plant leadership to ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while fostering a culture of food safety and continuous improvement. As a full-time role, you will manage QA operations, supervise hourly associates and lab staff, and drive improvements across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, food science or related field.
• Experience in GMP, SQF and food safety compliance a must.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Manufacturing/food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise hourly associates and lab staff; develop and schedule teams.
• Monitor QA programs, investigate complaints, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and plant leadership to meet customer expectations.
