Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a food manufacturing environment or laboratory.
• Skilled in statistical charts, trend data analysis, problem solving, and product troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with other departments, suppliers, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed mixing instructions to ensure products are manufactured optimally and consistently.
• Ensure SOP alignment across plant locations; verify SOPs annually or with changes affecting conformance.
• Collaborate with mixers and helpers during first productions of new products to verify materials and recipes.
• Develop re-work instructions for non-conforming products requiring MRB testing.
• Create and verify nutrition labeling and ingredient statements per regulatory standards.
