Aufgaben

• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC).
• Product Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods; conduct sensory evaluations and lab tests.
• Process Improvement and Training: Assist in developing and updating SOPs; support production teams with quality training and best practices.
• Regulatory and Customer Compliance: Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and other regulatory bodies; address customer complaints and quality concerns; collaborate with suppliers.
