The ideal candidate has 1 year of food manufacturing or related quality inspection experience and can operate common lab equipment and Microsoft Office software.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or a related field with quality inspection responsibilities
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues affecting food safety, quality, and legality
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and standard business software
• Ability to operate computer software environments and follow procedures precisely
• Ability to use laboratory equipment and follow lab procedures accurately

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection activities on an automated production line to ensure products meet safety, quality, and legality requirements
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify non-conformance impacts, escalating when needed
• Read and apply customer product standards to company processes according to detailed procedures
• Operate basic laboratory equipment (pH meter, refractometer, densitometer, total solids unit, viscometer) to support testing and documentation
• Complete Quality Analysis paperwork with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
