Job summary

IFF Kansas is seeking a Food Science Intern to join the R&D team for the summer. You will assist in developing and testing new food formulations, conduct sensory evaluations, and support shelf-life studies under varying storage conditions.

You will document procedures, analyze results, and collaborate with C&D, marketing, and operations to deliver concrete project outcomes. A strong foundation in food science and teamwork will help you thrive in this interdisciplinary program.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food science or related fields.
  • Sophomore year completed and continuing education in fall.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in sensory evaluation and food product development.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
