Job summary

HIKINEX in Portage, WI is seeking dependable Production Workers to join our food manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM). You will package, label, inspect, and palletize products, while ensuring food safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Attendance bonuses are offered for perfect attendance (30 days) and 90% attendance, providing up to $480 monthly plus additional bonuses. Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is preferred as

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and inspect food products.
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards.
• Fill, seal, band, and box products.
• Palletize finished goods.
• Assist with equipment setup and cleaning.
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures.
