Job summary

Verde, a fresh and family-owned restaurant group, is hiring a Food Production Team Member for our Park Circle catering & food production team. You will help prepare, organize, and deliver large catering orders across the Charleston area.

Must be available Monday–Friday mornings and have a valid driver's license.

• Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Available Monday–Friday mornings.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
• Prepare salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
• Organize and package multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
• Provide excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
• Load, transport, and deliver catering orders throughout the Charleston area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Food Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with our Catering Manager and team to ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, organized properly, and delivered on time.

Core responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
• Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
• Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
• Providing excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
• Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events
