Job summary

Boar's Head is seeking a Production Line Worker in Virginia to support daily manufacturing operations on the line. You will perform tasks as directed by the supervisor and maintain pace with production while ensuring safety and adherence to GMPs and SOPs.

Candidates must be able to read and write, follow basic arithmetic and instructions, and work as part of a team to meet product specifications. The role requires 18+ years old with reliable teamwork and communication.”

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Must keep pace with the line.
• Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
• Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.
