Job summary

NatureBest Precut & Produce, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food processing environment. You will lead production teams, monitor line performance, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include 3-5 years in food production with prior supervision, a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and strong GMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff; provide training on SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of food safety and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with QA, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams; communicate priorities to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
