The Fresh Market seeks Production Specialists to support key departments, including Deli, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce. You’ll be detail-oriented, work well in a team, and help ensure guests receive high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests in finding products and meal solutions across departments.
• Ensure product is ready for guests by inspecting rotation, sanitation procedures, and completing reports as necessary.
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols.
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
