Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking Production Specialists to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll help prepare deli, meat-seafood, bakery, and produce items, work early shifts, and focus on guest satisfaction.

As a team member, you’ll uphold stocking, rotation, sanitation, and safety standards while collaborating with colleagues. We offer a 3 am–11 am schedule, a $2 shift differential for late-night hours, and comprehensive benefits that support your wellbeing.

• Must be detail oriented and able to work well in a team.
• Passion for production and early shift work.
• Able to assist guests with product locations and meal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Ensure product is ready for guests by inspecting rotation and sanitation; complete reports as necessary.
• Follow The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols.
• Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards.

What You'll Do:

Availability:

To meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a schedule of 3 am – 11 am with days off typically being Sunday and Wednesday of each week. The Fresh Market offers a shift differential between the hours of 12 am – 5 am of an additional $2.00 an hr. At times the needs may change and as a full-time team member, The Fresh Market has the expectation that you are able to meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
