Staffmark is hiring a Food Production Soup Cook in Portland, OR. The role involves preparing soups, sauces, and entrees following standardized recipes, with shift options Mon–Fri and potential overtime during peak season. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment and contribute to product quality and safety. Experience in kitchen/cooking is required, along with the ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain CCP

Formación

• Previous kitchen and/or cooking experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.
• Follow recipes exactly to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) on required production paperwork.
• Set up workstations with ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for daily production.
• Support kitchen leads by maintaining workflow and communication throughout the kitchen.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and production stations.
• Assist with production needs and perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Portland, OR
$19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
• Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
