Selectemp in Salem, OR is seeking a Food Production Project Worker for a Wednesday–Friday swing shift from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, starting 11/09. Pay is $19.40 per hour with on-site duties producing juice, puree, and essences from locally sourced ingredients.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced facility. Benefits and opportunities are available upon permanent hire, with training provided to develop industry skills and grow within the production team.

Formación

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 30 lb. pails and totes regularly.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Dumping 30 lb. pails of fruit into totes accurately and efficiently.
• Labeling totes correctly to support tracking and quality control.
• Moving totes onto conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Working indoors and outdoors while collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
