Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment and perform repetitive tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality and safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderately heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
• Adherence to safety regulations and the ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment, set up and monitor the production line.
• Follow quality control procedures and inspect products for defects.
• Package finished products with accurate labeling and proper seals.
• Perform assembly line tasks including sorting, weighing, and measuring ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Receive and store raw materials and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain production records and logs; report deviations to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to address production issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Participate in training programs to enhance job skills and safety practices.
