Job summary

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is seeking a Food Service worker to join the production team. The role includes assisting in inventory, rotating stock, and supporting other departments as needed, with a focus on meeting operation objectives.

Shifts are 8 hours (5:00am - 6:30pm), 177 days per year, with a $17.36 per hour base pay. Employees must maintain food safety standards and obtain a Food Handler's Certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
• Free of communicable diseases.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and move/stoop, reach above shoulder level.
• Able to perform in extreme hot/cold Food Production Center environments.
• Able to obtain a Food Handler's Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks assigned by lead person or designee to meet production goals.
• Assist with inventory and rotation of food stock.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Maintain clean production areas per Food Service Handbook.
