Job summary

EarthFresh in Hooper, NE is seeking a Production Associate to support on the Production Floor. You will lump potatoes onto skids, load product, and prepare items for outbound shipment while operating production line equipment as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a warehouse/production setting, and good verbal and written communication skills. An ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and work overtime on evenings/weekends is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lumping potatoes onto skids using proper lifting techniques.
• Transferring product from boxes to bins.
• Preparing product for outbound shipment as directed by the Production Manager.
• Packing finished product onto masters on specified lines, as per production schedule.
• Basic operation of equipment and/or production machinery as required.
