Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a responsible Equipment Operator for our food manufacturing site in Ohio. You will run specific equipment in a designated area, ensuring daily production goals and product quality while maintaining accurate records and paperwork.

You will follow GMPs/ CCPs/ QCPs, train teammates on proper operation, and report safety or maintenance concerns promptly. The role requires a team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High School education or GED preferred.
Must be able to read and write English to an 8th grade level.
Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment within a designated area.
Meet daily production goals and requirements.
Ensure weights and formulas are accurate; adjust equipment as necessary.
Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Follow GMPs, CCPs and QCPs at all times.
Immediately report food safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate team leaders.
