You will help meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality and adhering to GMPs and CCPs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read and write English, and possess a team-oriented, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English to an 8th grade level.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work from heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment within a designated area and meet daily production goals.
• Ensure product quality and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Follow GMPs, CCPs and QCPs at all times.
• Report food safety or maintenance concerns to team leaders.
• Train and instruct other team members on equipment operation.
