Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 1 year in production or food manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and basic math skills. On-site, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• 1 year of production or food manufacturing experience recommended.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Ability to read, understand and follow English instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production process including product quality, temperature, weight, waste and downtime.
• Verify product quality, lot code, and settings.
• Ensure material traceability through paperwork and checklists.
• Report quality and safety concerns to manager or supervisors.
• Assist as needed to support the team and maintain compliance with SOPs.
