Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a production worker to join the Trio-Community Meals team in New Haven, CT. You will help produce frozen and fresh food products and receive training across multiple production areas depending on daily needs.

The role involves following safety policies, quality checks, and manufacturing practices to ensure consistent product quality for local service in the community. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing position.

Responsibilities

• Receiving training in all areas of production, including line supply, pulling supply, adding or filling manufacturing line, and packaging.
• Manufacturing and assembling frozen and fresh food products.
• Performing assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Performing any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment.
• Observing proper manufacturing practices and policies.
