Job summary

On-Board Services Industrial is hiring a Production Associate I for a contract role in Gallatin, TN. You will support safe, efficient production of food products, ensuring GMP, food safety, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities span safety, packaging, material handling, and documentation.

Work across multiple lines, operate packaging equipment, and assist with setup and minor adjustments. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn varied production tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, logistics, or related industrial environment preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and successfully perform multiple production and packaging functions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety policies, GMP requirements, food safety procedures, and company standards.
• Operate across multiple manufacturing and packaging lines and assist with equipment adjustments.
• Follow SOPs to ensure efficient production flow and product consistency.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and timely.
• Package products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and maintain organized work areas.
• Communicate safety, quality, and production issues with team and leadership.
