Qualifications

• Willing to work around high-speed machinery.
• Allergen awareness in a food setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machinery under guidance of a mechanic and coordinate with maintenance.
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to specifications.
• Assist with startup, changeover, and shutdown of equipment.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to boost performance.
• Assist in training new employees.
