Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a full-time production associate to operate mixing machinery and prepare ingredients for fresh refrigerated deli products in a refrigerated plant. The role requires reading and following recipes, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping.

bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a focus on reliability and adherence to GMP. Applicants should be able to work in varied temperatures (25°F to 110°F) and lift items up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery is required.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Add and mix ingredients to produce a finished product per recipes.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Operate mixing machine following company guidelines.
• Retrieve product from freezer for production use.
• Prepare and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Record product lot numbers in logbook.
• Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
