Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Mandatory experience in food manufacturing and shift-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Identify and mitigate capacity and scheduling risks.
• Support demand planning and provide visibility into lead times and capacity constraints.
• Build and analyze capacity models for short- and long-term planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
