Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital located in Methuen, MA. In this role, you will operate as the Sous Chef and partner with the Executive Chef, supervising a team of 6 culinary professionals and up to 30 food service hospital workers. The Manager will work mostly daytime hours, but every other weekend and holidays will be required.

What You'll Do
  • Work with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager on action stations, catering, retail, and patient services.
  • Partner with the Patient Services Manager on improvements for the clinical side.
  • Train frontline staff and the production team.
  • Oversee the Production team to ensure quality, portion control, and temperatures of food for retail and patient services.
  • Monitor HACCP logs and cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct food and safety audits.
  • Ensure all Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements
