Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 with Cameron Memorial Community Hospital located in Angola, IN.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being

What You'll Do
  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, and food production forecasting;
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance;
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems;
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services.
