Job summary

Rochelle Foods LLC is hiring for a production position at our Rochelle, IL facility. Starting pay is $23.25 per hour plus shift differentials of $0.75 (2nd shift) and $1.00 (3rd shift). Weekend work is required and schedules will be discussed in interview.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.
• Read and write to complete job related paperwork.
• Drive a forklift consistent with company standards.
• Use a computer to complete job related tasks.
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions throughout a shift.
• Lift/push/pull 50+lbs as required throughout the course of a shift.
• Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job related tasks.
• Kneel/squat/climb as necessary to complete job related tasks.
• Grasping and pinching motions to complete job tasks.
