• Spanish language skills preferred; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage order fulfillment by coordinating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track purchase activities and source substitutes to avoid stockouts.
• Contact vendors to resolve quality issues and negotiate terms.
• Process material requests from R&D and update pricing for perishable items weekly/monthly.
• Analyze industry trends and support sourcing strategy development for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, quality control, warehouse, and other staff; ensure compliance with policies.
