Qualifications

• Experience with food processing equipment, sanitation, and food safety.
• Experience safely operating forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
• Experience with radio frequency handheld scanners and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product quality, grade, and sort by size.
• Pack product to company standards.
• Maintain proper production methods to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain par levels to meet production demands.
• Communicate material levels to ensure continuous production flow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the plant clean.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; adapt to changing needs.
• Provide backup support for other duties to maintain workflow.
