Job summary

Orca Bay Foods is seeking Production Workers for our Seattle‑based processing facility. You will help produce and package high‑quality seafood and food products while following established safety and sanitation procedures. This is a land‑based, full‑time role with steady hours and long‑term growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift or move 25–50 lbs. and occasionally 50–75 lbs.
• Able to work at a fast pace in a cold & wet work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and package fresh and frozen food products (including shellfish).
• Rotate through various positions on the production line including sorting, labeling, weighing, packing, sealing, loading, and unloading.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads and be flexible to shift tasks as needed.
