Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
• Review process data and report deviations or issues.
• Monitor product quality and communicate with QC Technician and Shift Supervisor.
• Assist with minimizing downtime and changeover times.
• Lead and assist backup operators and other shift personnel.
