Job summary

The Judge Group in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our food processing facility near Lebanon. This role focuses on maintaining processing equipment, PLCs, hydraulics and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient production.

You will work on 1st or 2nd shift with overtime opportunities and a strong benefits package. Minimum 2 years in food processing maintenance, leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a food processing plant.
• Experience with processing equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with USDA beef or pork is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot processing equipment and PLCs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics to ensure safe operation.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance.
