Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience operating automated production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate depalletizer, capper and palletizer.
• Perform equipment startup, shutdown and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and production flow.
• Ensure proper machine settings and adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks and verify product specifications.
• Clear jams and minor equipment faults safely.
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate equipment issues and downtime to leadership.
• Assist with changeovers and line setup activities.
• Follow GMP, food safety and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas.
