Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Machine Operator for a food processing facility in McMinnville, Oregon.

In this full-time, temp-to-hire role you will operate and maintain production machines, follow SOPs and GMPs, and work a flexible schedule with day and night shifts. Overtime may be required.

Starting wages are $21.25/hour on day shifts and $23.75/hour on night shifts, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and set up production machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and all safety protocols.
• Document production activities and report deviations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
• Participate in training to improve skills and stay updated.
