Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Food Processing Engineer to optimise production processes across our facilities in Illinois, Massachusetts and Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on designing and improving food processing systems to boost efficiency and ensure safety.

You will work with production, quality and maintenance teams, lead process improvement projects, and navigate FDA and HACCP regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food processing or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of HACCP and FDA standards.
