Job summary

House of Bricks in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is seeking a dependable Processing Associate for 1st or 2nd shift in a refrigerated food production facility. This on-site role offers $18.00-$19.50 per hour with a shift differential for the 2nd shift, and training provided.

You'll scale, measure, and prepare ingredients, monitor temperatures and weights, and follow GMPs, HACCP, and USDA guidelines to ensure safe, quality products. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing or USDA-regulated facility experience is a plus—but not required.
• We are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Scale, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and batch instructions.
• Load ingredients into mixers, blenders, cookers, and other processing equipment.
• Monitor temperature, weight, appearance, and consistency during production.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and production instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices throughout the shift.
