Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and lead trial runs in manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Develop, configure, and install new manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows.
• Lead trial run process and machine to find proper machine and process setting points.
• Process Optimization and Continuous improvement: Analyze manufacturing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Project Management: Lead or support projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production, equipment, and quality issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and industry regulations.
